AGM Agenda Items
The AGM will cover:
- Review of the 2026 year
- Financial statements and audit report
- Election of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Committee Members
- Membership fees for the coming year
- Strategic planning and goals for 2027
- Any motions or constitutional amendments
Elections
Positions open for election:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- General Committee Members (multiple positions)
Nominations: Nomination forms are available from the Secretary prior to the AGM. Members may also nominate from the floor on the day.
Voting Rights: All current financial members may vote in the elections.
Awards & Presentations
The presentation lunch celebrates achievements including:
- Club championship winners
- Tournament results
- Most improved players
- Junior player of the year
- Volunteer awards
- Long service recognition
- Special awards
Lunch
A catered lunch will be provided for all attendees. Please register via RevSport so we can cater appropriately.

All TTTA members are strongly encouraged to attend both the AGM and presentation lunch. This is your opportunity to:

Important: Please register via RevSport by December 1st for catering purposes.
Documents
AGM documents including annual reports and financial statements will be distributed to members prior to the meeting and will be available at the AGM.
